
Sang's practice and research focus on international arbitration and litigation, international business law, and mergers and acquisitions, with particular interest in legal issues arising from international commercial transactions and disputes.
He is a Ph.D. Candidate in Private Law at Université Lumière Lyon 2 (France), and holding an LL.M. in International Business Law from Lyon Catholic University and an LL.M. in French and European Law from CY Cergy Paris University.
Prior to his doctoral studies, he practiced as an Associate at a prominent Vietnamese law firm and worked as a full-time lecturer and researcher at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
Sang is a member of Young ICCA, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the Society of Construction Law Vietnam.
He also serves as a reviewer for the European Journal of Legal Studies and as an Academic Outreach Editor at Bon View Publishing.
He has also published on international arbitration and cross-border legal issues.
